59% of Crimean companies will hold New Year’s corporate parties, most in restaurants and offices

In 6 out of 10 companies, the New Year’s corporate party will definitely take place, in every fourth they have not yet decided. The most popular format of celebration remains going to a restaurant. In a service survey Superjob Representatives of companies from Crimea took part.

59% of companies will have a New Year’s corporate party. The festive event of every third company will be held in a restaurant, every fifth team (19%) will celebrate the New Year in the office, 1 out of 100 enterprises is planning a trip out of town. There will be almost no online New Year’s celebrations this year. Another 7% of companies are considering other formats for celebrating the holiday: among them are a few corporate trips abroad, trips to the bathhouse, trips to cultural events, trips to New Year’s festivities, holidays in sponsored institutions, ceremonial awards for the best employees, etc.

Every sixth company (17%) is not planning a New Year’s corporate party, and every fourth (24%) has not yet decided on this matter.

Regarding the celebration budget, the opinions of HR officers and event management managers did not coincide — there are more supporters of larger budgets for a good party (from 20,000 rubles per person) among event managers (27% versus 7% of HR surveyed). According to HR officers, optimal expenses should be from 3,000 to 5,000 rubles (40%), only 27% of party organizers agree with them.
