6 out of 10 companies in Crimea increased salaries during the last six months
CrimeaPRESS reports:
6 out of 10 companies increased or indexed salaries less than six months ago, and every fifth organization reviewed salaries 6 to 12 months ago. In a survey of a service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob HR managers from companies from Crimea took part.
In Crimea, 60% of HR managers said that employers have increased or indexed salaries over the past 6 months. In 18% of organizations, salaries were increased from six months to a year ago. 11% of employers raised wages a year or two ago. 4 out of 100 managers admitted that their organization reviewed salaries more than two years ago, — noted in the press service of the service.
Over the past 6 months, staff salaries have been revised more often by small businesses (62%).
Among companies in various fields of activity, salary increases and/or indexation over the past six months were most often carried out in IT and logistics companies (61% each), and trade organizations (60%).
According to SuperJob, average market salary offers of employers grew over the year:
- in IT — by 10.1%;
- in construction — by 8.4%;
- in the HR sector — by 8.3%;
- in marketing, advertising and PR — by 8.3%;
- in the banking industry — by 7.7%.
