In a service survey Superjob Representatives of companies from Crimea took part.
Today, 6 out of 10 enterprises and organizations of Crimea (59%) use personnel automation systems. The most popular of them are programs based on 1C (23%) and Bitrix24 (13%). 9% automated the selection process using the E-STAFF Recruiter, 7% using Huntflow or programs specially designed for their companies. 5% of employers use Potok, and 2% — Friendwork.
As for the transition to personnel electronic circulation: today 58% of organizations are used. 30% of employers transferred most of the personnel documents to electronic forms, and another 28% did it partially. 38% of companies have not yet been introduced by Cado.
