CrimeaPRESS reports:
Crimeans miss interesting tasks. But the main hopes are for wage growth. The high-paying job search service SuperJob has found out what city residents expect from work in 2024. Economically active citizens with permanent jobs took part in the survey.
58% of Crimeans expect a salary increase in the new year. 39% — stable operation of the company. 27% of respondents would like to advance their careers next year and solve new interesting problems. 25% hope for mutual understanding with management. 22% of city residents dream of improving working conditions. 16% expect a revision of the incentive system in 2024. 11% would like recognition of their merits, 8% would like a reduction in workload. 6% dream of improving relationships in the team. Only 5% admitted that they expect nothing from work next year,” noted the service’s press service.
Men spoke more often about salary increases (60% versus 55% among women). Representatives of the stronger sex also count more on career growth, improved working conditions and an expanded compensation package. Women more often hope for a reduction in workload and a more loyal attitude from management.
The older the respondents, the more requests for load reduction and stable employment. The younger you are, the greater your hopes for increased earnings, promotions, and improved motivation systems.
Residents of Crimea with a salary of up to 50 thousand rubles a month more often dream of stability, adequate leadership and responsive colleagues. As income levels increase, the number of requests for salary increases, improved working conditions, expansion of the compensation package, career growth and interesting tasks increases.
