6 out of 10 employers in Crimea support the ban on disclosing salaries

Most recruiters are in favor of keeping information about the amount of earnings private. In a service survey SuperJob Representatives of companies from Crimea took part.
The majority of HR managers (59%) support a ban on disclosing colleagues’ salaries: “I think it should be a secret.” Against — 20%: “This is hidden discrimination,” the service’s press service notes.
25% of employers claim that their organization already has an official ban on disclosing salary information. 23% reported that such an innovation is planned. 32% of HR professionals say that the companies they work for will not impose such restrictions.
