61% of Crimeans support the idea of mandatory practices for doctors

Most residents of Crimea, including doctors, support the idea of introducing mandatory development for graduates of medical educational institutions, but the system of fines for those who do not want to work in their specialty causes disputes. In a service survey Superjob Representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
Ministry of Health proposed to be fined for refusing to work in the specialty Graduates of secondary and higher educational institutions who were trained in medical and pharmaceutical programs at the expense of budgetary funds.
61% of the inhabitants of Crimea support the idea of working in a medical specialty after release: “It is high time and in all directions”; “Of course, we must work out and gain experience. Doctors are sorely lacking. ” Every fifth (20%) is expressed against: “There will be no need for mandatory workings if they increase wages”; «The quality of work on such a system will be unsatisfactory.» 19% found it difficult to answer. Most supporters of the bill among citizens over 45 years old (73%).
However, the proposal to introduce a system of fines for refusing employment in the specialty causes disagreement: 40% of the inhabitants of Crimea support this idea, 44% not. The older the respondents, the more actively they express approval: if among respondents up to 35 years old they agree with hard measures only 19%, then among citizens over 45 — already 70%.
If we talk about the opinion of medical workers, then doctors equally support both the introduction of compulsory work and fines (58%each). As for the nurse, they are more actively than the doctors, they are expressed for mandatory practice (65%), but at the same time, they agree to the introduction of penalties (46%).
