64% of working residents of Crimea positively perceive the initiatives of colleagues

In a survey of the Search for highly paid work Superjob Employed representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
64% of the inhabitants of Crimea are positive about the initiatives of colleagues, 30% — neutral, and only 5% — negatively.
The attitude of the leadership to the initiatives of employees is evaluated by each second respondent as a positive one, 26% — as a calm, and only 9% as a negative one. The labor collective as a whole, according to 42%of respondents, also more often supports new ideas, 30%noted a neutral reaction, and hostility is 15%.
Women as a whole are more loyal to initiatives than men, and are more often confident in supporting new ideas on the side of the leadership and the team.
Respondents from 35 to 45 years old are more open to new offers from colleagues.
Residents of Crimea with a salary of 100 thousand rubles a month support initiative colleagues more often than those who receive less.
