In Sevastopol social public services can be obtained in electronic format. The most popular among them are the appointment of a monthly payment in connection with the birth or adoption of the first child, the appointment and implementation of a monthly cash payment for a child in age from three to seven years inclusive, as well as the appointment of allowances for a child from a low-income family. The Department of Digital Development plans to continue the transfer of public services to electronic format.
We continue to work on the transfer of public services in the social sphere into electronic form. For example, testing of interdepartmental interaction between schools and the Department of Labor and Social Protection is now being completed in order to be able to check the availability of benefits for providing hot meals in schools for children of social categories. Parents will no longer need to collect certificates, just submit an application to the school or the MFC. School employees processing applications will be able to check the availability of benefits online , — said Alexandra Osipova, Director of the Department of Digital Development of Sevastopol.
Also, a unified automated information system «Social support for the population of the city of Sevastopol» operates in the region. It processes all applications received from various sources, including through the public services portal, and also contains data on privileged categories of citizens. The process of obtaining documents is simplified, as the system allows the collection of documents within the framework of interdepartmental interaction.
