69% of Crimeans periodically think about leaving work, but do not apply

In a survey of the Search for highly paid work Superjob Employed representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.

69% of the inhabitants of Crimea periodically think about leaving work, but do not apply.

Often, the desire to quit arises on emotions: “This happens, but this is just a reaction to a specific negative, and not a desire to quit everything”; «When he is emotionally exhausted and tired.» But there are more good reasons: «I think about leaving due to regular avurals and processing.»

11% admit that the idea to write a statement about leaving visits it several times a day. 8% daily suppresses such a desire. With 15%, this occurs at least once a week, from 18% — once a month. Less commonly (once every six months or year), 13 and 4%, respectively, are conceived about dismissal. At the same time, every fifth (19%) assures that he never reflects on this topic: «If I want to leave, I will just leave.»

Women have thoughts about dismissal much more often than men (73 and 59%, respectively). Among the inhabitants of Crimea from 35 to 45 years, the idea comes from work periodically by slamming the door (71%; for comparison, among those older than 45 years, 61%, younger than 35 years old, 68%).

The periodic desire to quit the inhabitants of Crimea with an income of 100 thousand rubles occurs more often than those who earn less (70%).
