7,656 km of roads were treated with de-icing mixtures in Crimea

The Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Crimea reports that the Angarsky and Grushevsky passes are being serviced as usual. Road workers of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea «Krymavtodor» monitor the condition of the road network around the clock. In conditions of falling temperatures in Crimea, de-icing treatment of highways is carried out. There are 62 pieces of equipment on duty.
In total, since January 8, 7,656 km of roads have been covered, 4,211 tons of sand-salt mixture and 560 cubic meters of saline solution have been consumed.,” the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Crimea clarified.
