7 out of 10 Crimean residents consider themselves to be adherents of a healthy lifestyle

Russians under 34 say they lead a healthy lifestyle more often than those who are older. In a survey conducted by a service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob Representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
According to the survey, 68% of Crimea residents consider themselves to be adherents of a healthy lifestyle. Of these, 20% are completely sure of this, and 48% are inclined to this point of view. 32% of respondents admitted that a healthy lifestyle is not about them: 5% are definitely sure of this, another 27% reported that their lifestyle is rather unhealthy. Men who confidently consider themselves to be adherents of a healthy lifestyle are 24%, women — only 16%. If among city residents under 34 years old every fourth person (26%) called himself a supporter of a healthy lifestyle, then among citizens over 45 years old — only 16%. Among respondents who consider themselves absolute adherents of a healthy lifestyle, there are more engineers, sales managers, economists and teachers.— the service’s press service reported.
What does the concept of «healthy lifestyle» include, according to city residents: 6 out of 10 are convinced that a healthy lifestyle is, first of all, sports, exercise and physical activity. Every second respondent (51%) believes that a healthy lifestyle implies proper nutrition. 43% of respondents indicated the importance of the absence of bad habits. Such components of a healthy lifestyle as daily routine (17%), calmness and a positive attitude (7%) were also mentioned.
