70% of companies in Crimea inform applicants about the results of the interview
CrimeaPRESS reports:
70% of companies provide feedback to all applicants, regardless of the outcome of the interview. Recruiters from companies from Crimea took part in the SuperJob service survey.
The vast majority of applicants count on feedback within a foreseeable time after passing the interview: accepted/not accepted/passed to the next stage of entrance examinations. The employer’s silencing of the decision leads to bewilderment and resentment, which erupts in high-profile posts on social networks and worsens the HR image of the company and the recruiter. 70% of companies in Crimea do not disappoint and report the results of the interview to everyone who passed it. However, there are still many who do not always provide feedback to applicants — 26%: “We warn you right away that feedback is only provided if the decision is positive”; “We provide feedback to the candidate upon a positive outcome of the interview and upon enrollment in the reserve.” Moreover, most often companies with a staff of 100 to 1000 people do this (28%), — noted in the press service of the service.
