78% of Crimeans are faced with processing

Processing is not always a consequence of Abrala, sometimes it is a way to prove your effectiveness. In a survey of the Search for highly paid work Superjob Office employees from Crimea took part.
According to the study, 78% of the residents of Crimea are faced with processing: 30% — regularly, another 48% — periodically.
60% of employees need to prove their effectiveness: 22% — often, 38% — sometimes. Moreover, among those who regularly remain overtime, most and those who feel that they must prove their usefulness (30%): “If you do not prove effectiveness, then the employer considers you an unnecessary specialist, does not pay premiums and does not increase your salary.” And among those who leave the office on time, every second is generally deprived of such experiences.
9 out of 10 employees feel confidence from the head: 35% are absolutely sure of this, another 55% are rather sure. Moreover, more often those who do not feel the need to prove personal efficiency (42%), and those who regularly process (44%) spoke about the complete loyalty of the authorities.
Processing has become a kind of compensation for the ability to work from home. According to the study, most often office employees are faced with systematic processing on a hybrid graphics (36%). They are more often worried about their own effectiveness. Almost just as often worry due to the effectiveness of their labor and employees on the remote. At the same time, among distance workers and employees on a hybrid schedule, there are more than those who are absolutely confident in the trust of the leadership (42 and 39%, respectively).
