Most employers hire relatives of employees. Using family connections, the easiest way is to get a job in large companies involved in manufacturing, finance or construction. In a service survey SuperJob HR managers from Crimea took part.
In Crimea, 84% of companies hire relatives of their employees. Only 13% of employers do not consider such candidates. The larger the organization, the more often it hires employees close to them: among enterprises employing up to 100 people — 73%, and among large business companies — already 88%,” noted the service’s press service.
The easiest way to find work is through relatives in the manufacturing, financial and construction sectors. In these industries, 90%, 85% and 82% of companies hire such candidates, respectively.
