84% of Crimea companies hire relatives of employees

In a survey of the Search for highly paid work Superjob Representatives of companies from Crimea took part.
84% of Crimea employers hire relatives of employees. Only 11% of companies do not consider such candidates.
The larger the company, the more willingly it hires relatives of employees: among enterprises where up to 100 people work, 74%, with a number of 100 to 1000 employees — 90%.
Most often, employees’ relatives are taken to the state at production enterprises (90%) and in construction companies (88%). This practice is somewhat less common in the field of sales, but here most employers use it (74%).
