96% of companies in Crimea do not fire for lack of a dress code
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Some employers have abandoned the dress code, focusing on assessing the performance of staff. Others regulated the requirements in local regulations. HR managers and representatives of the economically active population from the Crimea took part in surveys of the SuperJob service for finding highly paid jobs.
Only 2% of recruiters have ever fired employees for inappropriate appearance and dressing, while 96% have no such experience: “We care about how a person works, and not what he wears and what color his hair is.” Today, only every third employer makes comments to employees about this (32%): “Work is underway with employees who do not comply with the corporate standard (service sector)”; «The dress code is included in the internal labor regulations.» Every ninth Crimean reported that he was reprimanded at least once for inappropriate appearance at work, and 9% listened to this from their superiors, and 2% from colleagues. From both the manager and colleagues, men receive comments twice as often as women.— noted in the press service of the service.
The boss’s remark about the appearance was taken into account by 63% of the townspeople. 39% listen to the remarks of colleagues.
