A 24-year-old saboteur who worked for Ukrainian intelligence was arrested in Simferopol

A Russian citizen, born in 1999, was detained in Simferopol, who, on instructions from the Ukrainian special services, was preparing to commit a terrorist attack by setting fire to the relay cabinet of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea «Crimean Railway» in order to disrupt military transportation. According to the regional department of the FSB, homemade incendiary devices and communications equipment containing correspondence with the Ukrainian coordinator, in which the planned crime was discussed, were seized from the suspect.

The Kiev District Court of Simferopol established a preventive measure — detention for a period of 2 months (for now).

Saboteur gives evidence. It is already known that she worked for the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense.

According to the Crimean woman, they first contacted her in the Telegram messenger, and then she kept in touch on Viber. She clarified that the interlocutor introduced himself as an employee of the Main Intelligence Directorate and sent a video as proof, where he was in military uniform and with the Ukrainian flag. He suggested she make Molotov cocktails and film a video of her setting them on fire. According to the detainee, the GUR officer explained that “the main thing is to show that there are our people in Crimea«. After completing the task, the girl was promised to be registered as a GUR agent. At the same time, she was promised a reward from 500 to a thousand dollars.
