A 52-year-old resident of Feodosia will go to a colony for using violence against a law enforcement officer.

The Feodosia prosecutor’s office supported the state prosecution in a criminal case against a 52-year-old local resident. He was found guilty of committing a crime under Part 1 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (use of violence not dangerous to life and health against a representative in connection with the performance of his official duties).
The court found that at night from May 19 to 20 of this year, a previously convicted resident of the region, while intoxicated, on the site of an apartment building on the street. Druzhby, dissatisfied with the actions of the employees of the territorial police department, approached one of them and, provoking a conflict, pushed him several times in the chest area. Trying to hide in his apartment, he dealt another blow to the law enforcement officer.,” the prosecutor’s office provided details.
The court agreed with the position of the prosecutor and sentenced the man to 1 year and 9 months in prison to be served in a maximum security correctional colony. The verdict did not enter into legal force.
