A benefactor donated a reanimobile to the Crimean Republican Children's Clinical Hospital
CrimeaPRESS reports:
With the assistance of State Duma deputy Leonid Ivlev, the benefactor donated a class C ambulance to the Crimean Republican Children’s Clinical Hospital for free use. The day before, a solemn ceremony of handing over the keys to the car took place.
According to the deputy, benefactors learned that there was a need for an intensive care vehicle in the hospital. Together with the Ministry of Health of Crimea, we discussed the transfer procedure, agreed with the doctors on the equipment of the car — the list of equipment that should be in it, and other issues. It is important that the ambulance is domestically produced, produced at the Nizhny Novgorod Bus Plant. It is fully adapted for the Crimean terrain and for providing assistance to children.
According to Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Crimea Anton Lyaskovsky, the new reanimobile will replace outdated transport, which has exhausted its service life, and will be used by the resuscitation team to provide medical care to newborns.
Using this vehicle, doctors will be able to transport newborns from intensive care units and maternity hospitals in Crimea to the Republican Children’s Clinical Hospital. In addition, Crimean doctors provide assistance to young patients from new regions — Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. The resuscitation team is evacuating newborns in need of specialized treatment to Crimea. Every year, the resuscitation team makes about 300 trips to transport newborns. The new intensive care unit will help ensure the safe transportation of children who are in serious condition. We express our deep gratitude to the company for helping the children’s hospitalsaid Anton Lyaskovsky.
The transport donated by the benefactor is fully equipped with the equipment necessary for the resuscitation of newborns — an incubator, a medical gas supply complex, a monitor-defibrillator, an electrocardiograph, a pulse oximeter, a portable ventilator, etc. The characteristics of the resuscitator were previously agreed upon by the benefactor with the management of the medical organization, the transport was manufactured specifically for the needs of the hospital.
According to the founders of the company — philanthropist Nikolai and Daria Krivozertsev, the company takes a patriotic position, pursues an active policy in the field of social responsibility and has a tradition, coming to the region with a new project, to begin work in the region with a large social program. The company’s management decided to donate the ambulance to a children’s hospital.
