A blogger from Penza was detained in Yalta. Suspected of promoting drugs

Police officers from the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Yalta received information that a girl blogger from Penza may be involved in promoting drugs on the Internet. Posts were published on her social networks containing links to illegal online stores selling prohibited substances.
Law enforcement officers identified the suspect and detained her at her place of temporary residence in Yalta. The offender turned out to be a 19-year-old resident of Penza. She explained that she was undergoing rehabilitation for drug addiction treatment, and on social networks in this way she tried to get support from her subscribers. In relation to a citizen for refusing to undergo a medical examination for intoxication, the police drew up an administrative protocol under Part 1 of Art. 6.9 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The court sentenced the offender to 13 days of administrative arrest— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
Currently, police officers are considering the issue of bringing the blogger to justice for promoting drug use.
PS. We know Russian, but in this situation the word “blogger” is very appropriate.
