CrimeaPRESS reports:

In the history of the penal system of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, for the first time, a branch of the Military Medical Commission No. 1 of the Medical Unit No. 91 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia was opened and is successfully functioning.

As part of its activities, the IHC determines the suitability of candidates for service in the penal system and applicants entering departmental educational institutions, as well as medical examination of current employees. In addition, for citizens applying for certain positions, this branch provides for a special psychophysiological study using a polygraph. Based on the results of all stages, the commission issues a medical report,” noted the press service of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.

It should be noted that the opening of the military medical commission plays a significant role for the personnel policy of the penal system of the region, due to which the period for accepting candidates for service in the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol has significantly shortened, as well as the period for the implementation of social guarantees provided to department employees and members their families.
