Firefighters of the State Institution of the Republic of Crimea «Fire Protection of the Republic of Crimea» extinguished a car fire in the Leninsky district

On the afternoon of June 28, the rescue service received a call about a car fire on the highway from Oktyabrskoye to Bagerovo (Leninsky District). The duty crew of the Bagerovo fire department of the State Institution of the Republic of Crimea «Fire Service of the Republic of Crimea» consisting of 4 people and a unit of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Crimea were sent to the scene. Upon arrival, it became known that the interior and engine compartment of the Opel Astra caught fire while the car was moving. The driver left the vehicle on his own. Firefighters quickly supplied a foam generator and extinguished the fire within 15 minutes over an area of ​​6 square meters.— the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea reported.

There were no injuries, the cause of the car fire is being established.
