A citizen who discredited the Russian Armed Forces was detained in the southern coastal village of Gurzuf

On December 6, employees of the Center for Combating Extremism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea, with the support of a special unit of the Russian Guard, in the village of Gurzuf (Greater Yalta) detained a citizen, born in 1989, who in a public place made public statements aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, demonstrated Nazi gestures and shouting slogans prohibited by federal laws violated public order.
In relation to the offender, the police drew up administrative protocols under Part 1 of Article 20.3, Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 and Part 1 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. By a court decision, the man was sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest and a fine of 40 thousand rubles.— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
The same citizen is suspected of causing bodily harm to a local resident on November 30, 2023. According to preliminary data, the reason for the infliction of bodily harm was the fact that the victim’s son is a military serviceman and is located in the area of military operations. An investigation into this fact is being carried out, based on the results of which an appropriate procedural decision will be made. The issue of initiating a criminal case is being decided.
