A citywide cleanup was held in Yalta

Traditionally, the cleanup was attended by the Head of the Municipal Formation of the Yalta City District — Chairman of the Yalta City Council Konstantin Shimanovsky, the Head of the Yalta Administration Yanina Pavlenko, deputies, employees of the Administration, educational, cultural and leisure institutions, sports schools, social activists and youth.

We dug up the flower beds before planting the plants and raked up the dry leaves. March is the best time to start spring cleanups. Very soon, the city’s flowerbeds will be decorated with blooming tulips, daffodils, hyacinths and many other beautiful flowers. Together we accomplished a very useful thing, working hard. Join us and bring order to the streets and local areas of our wonderful city of Happiness— Konstantin Shimanovsky addressed the Yalta residents.

A large group was putting in order the site on Sechenov Street, which is being prepared for improvement within the framework of the project “Formation of a comfortable urban environment” (national project “Housing and Urban Environment”).

I thank the thousands of Yalta residents who came out today for the first cleanup day of this year. At the same time, I talked with local residents — we discussed the details of the project, we understand that adjustments are needed. For example, at their request, we remove the skate area (noisy for a residential area). We are thinking about the option of placing a children’s roomnotes the head of the Yalta administration, Yanina Pavlenko.

They also started dismantling illegal front gardens — this is being done by the contractor and the dismantling team of Zelenstroy. The task, the Yalta administration notes, is to clear the municipal land by the end of the week and fully prepare the site for improvement.
