A contract for the design of affordable housing has been signed in Sevastopol. Who will be entitled to it?

Director of the Department of Capital Construction Illarion Gapitsonov spoke about the conclusion of a contract for the design of affordable housing and announced the project that defines the requirements for its interior decoration.
A contract has already been signed for the design of the first affordable housing facility in the area of Geroev Brest Street — it will turn out to be about 120 apartments. Next year it is planned to start construction and installation works. As a result of the adoption of the resolution, the family will be able to purchase a comfortable and completely ready-to-live-in apartment with a fine finish and equipped with the necessary sanitary appliances and equipment, — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the official.
Thus, requirements have been established for the finishing of technical premises, common areas, residential premises, and in particular, for finishing materials for floors, wall surfaces, ceilings, the availability of sanitary and lighting fixtures, as well as equipment.
Recall that the marginal cost of affordable housing is limited by the average market value of one square meter of total living space in Sevastopol. This indicator is set by the Ministry of Construction of Russia in the amount of 120 866 rubles
The following categories of citizens will have the right to purchase affordable housing:
1. Persons registered as in need of residential premises;
2. Orphans and children left without parental care;
3. Young professionals under the age of not more than 35 years, who are employees of the sphere of education, healthcare, sports, culture, state and municipal employees;
4. Owners of apartments in emergency houses;
5. Large families;
6. Families with a child, if the age of each of the spouses does not exceed 35 years;
7. Recipients of maternity capital who will use it to improve their living conditions;
8. Employees of state organizations and institutions with at least 5 years of work experience in these organizations;
9. State and municipal employees with at least 5 years of service.
