In the Krasnogvardeisky district, a verdict was passed in a criminal case on causing grievous bodily harm resulting in the death of a man. Crimean found guilty of committing a crime under Part 4 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing grievous bodily harm to human health, resulting in the death of the latter by negligence).
It was established that at the end of January of the current year, the defendant, while in the household of his friend, while drinking alcohol, on the basis of a sudden hostile relationship, struck him with a construction knife multiple blows in the head, chest, back, abdomen, as well as upper and lower limbs. As a result of the received bodily injuries, the victim died on the same day in a medical institution.— said the prosecutor’s office.
Note that the court issued a rather lenient sentence. That’s just whether the lesson will be useful … The guilty person was sentenced to 5 years and 6 months in prison with serving in a penal colony of strict regime.
