CrimeaPRESS reports:

Police brought administrative charges against the mother of a 10-year-old schoolgirl from the city of Saki in Crimea, who recorded and published a video in which the girl discredits the Russian army and desecrates the Russian flag. This is reported on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the region.

During the monitoring of social networks, a video was identified, the content of which is aimed at discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and desecrating the Russian national flag. The police identified the author of the video — a 10-year-old student from one of the schools in the city of Saki. Given the schoolgirl’s age, her 38-year-old mother will be brought to administrative responsibilitythe message says.

An administrative protocol has been drawn up against the woman under Art. 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (failure of parents or other legal representatives of minors to fulfill obligations for the maintenance and upbringing of minors). Police officers will transfer materials on this case to the administrative commission for juvenile affairs of the city of Saki.
