CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Simferopol District Prosecutor’s Office approved an indictment in a criminal case against a 44-year-old citizen. The Crimean citizen is accused under Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“murder”).
According to investigators, in December 2023, in the ward of a medical institution, the accused entered into a verbal conflict with a neighbor in the ward. During the conflict, the accused took a knife in his right hand and then struck him once in the front of the neck. The victim died from his injury— reported the prosecutor’s office.
With the approved indictment, the case was sent to the Simferopol District Court for consideration on the merits.
