A Crimean man who threatened to burn a gas station employee alive was punished

The Kirovsky District Court of the Republic of Crimea sentenced a resident of the Kirovsky district to 1 year in prison for threatening to kill. He will serve his sentence in a penal colony.
The court found that in August 2023, a 32-year-old local resident, while intoxicated, while on the territory of a gas station, approached a company of men previously unknown to him, among whom was a gas station employee wearing a camouflage headdress. caps with a patch in the form of an image of the flag of the Russian Federation with the Latin letter “Z” printed on it. Paying attention to the appearance of the victim, the defendant, expressing his dissatisfaction with the headdress, tried to knock the cap off the guy’s head with a wave of his hand, after which he repeatedly repeated that he would kill the latter by burning him with gasoline, both personally and by attracting third parties for a monetary reward in the amount of 20,000 rubles, — noted in the press service of the court.
Previously, the defendant had already been punished with administrative arrest for a period of 14 days for using gross obscene language in a public place against a gas station employee.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The verdict did not enter into legal force.
