I am an Orthodox priest, I came here at the invitation of Muslims, directly our brothers, because the cause is common, the cause is just. There is no religion or nationality in victory, but the fact that we work for victory and we are all Russian people— Father Dmitry from Crimea, the head of the special humanitarian center of the Crimean metropolis, addresses the guys on the front line of the Zaporozhye North Military District.
The fighters asked the Popular Front to organize such a meeting at the positions during the transfer of the generator a couple of weeks ago. They have a mullah, so the fighters offered to bring an Orthodox priest to their brothers in arms. And in order for the meeting to take place in the usual Muslim cordiality, they pledged to make real halal pilaf and shurpa. It passed 300 meters from the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces after mortar attacks.
Deputy of the Kherson Regional Duma Enver Abduraimov, at the request of the Crimean Popular Front, sent two lambs on the road, which he raised in an open field in compliance with all traditions, and the Crimeans purchased everything else for delicious pilaf and shurpa, which the guys made right on the positions for the entire squad. And the teams from the Crimean Institute of Postgraduate Education and the Crimean Trade Union of Postal Workers helped purchase the thermal imager the children needed. All this was delivered to the children by representatives of the Popular Front and the Defenders of the Fatherland state fund in Crimea.
