A Crimean woman killed her partner and buried the body, but everything secret becomes clear

The Chernomorsky District Court issued a verdict in a criminal case against a 57-year-old local resident. The Crimean woman was found guilty under Part 4 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing grievous harm to health, dangerous to human life, committed with the use of objects used as weapons, resulting in the death of the victim through negligence).

During the trial, it was established that in early December 2022, a domestic conflict occurred between the woman and her partner, a struggle ensued, during which the defendant grabbed a knife from the victim’s hand and stabbed the man in the chest area. The victim died from his injuries. In order to conceal the crime committed, the woman moved the victim’s corpse into a hole and buried it,” the Crimean prosecutor’s office reported details.

The court was quite loyal to the killer (under this article, the upper “bar” of punishment is 15 years in prison). Sentence: 5 years in prison to be served in a general regime correctional colony.
