A Crimean woman killed her partner, buried the body in the yard, and told everyone that he had gone to work.

CrimeaPRESS reports:

A resident of the village of Vnukovo, Chernomorsky district, has been charged with the death of her partner and concealment of his body. According to the Investigative Committee, the 55-year-old Crimean woman will answer under Part 4 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm, resulting in the death of the victim through negligence”).

In early December, a quarrel occurred between a village woman and her 41-year-old partner: the woman stabbed him in the back once, from which he later died. To hide the traces of the crime, she buried the body of her common-law spouse on the territory of the household. In early September, law enforcement agencies received a statement from the mother of a missing man living in another region: he had not been in touch for a long time, and his partner told the arriving police officers that he had gone to work— said the Sledkom.

During a complex of operational-search activities, investigators, forensic investigators of the Main Investigation Department and employees of the criminal investigation department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Black Sea region obtained irrefutable evidence of the involvement of a resident of the village of Vnukovo in the death of her partner, upon presentation of which the woman admitted to the crime. During the investigative actions, she indicated the place of burial of the body, talking about the circumstances of the crime committed.

The investigation continues to work to consolidate the evidence base.
