A debt totaling 642 thousand rubles was collected from a resident of Yalta through a ban on traveling abroad

The GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol notes: a resident of Yalta borrowed money not from a financial organization, but from his friend.

Citizen S. did not return the money within the agreed time frame and citizen N. sued him. According to the court decision, citizen S. was ordered to repay citizen N. the debt in the amount of 600 thousand rubles in full. Knowing this, the debtor still thought that his creditor could wait some more time. As a result, employees of the bailiff department for the city of Yalta of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol initiated enforcement proceedings against citizen S. In turn, the debtor was also indifferent to the demands of employees of the enforcement authorities— the details of the case are announced in the press service of the department.

As a result, for failure to comply with the court decision within the established time frame, the bailiffs of the department issued an order against the debtor to collect an enforcement fee in the amount of 42 thousand rubles. In addition, employees of the bailiff department in Yalta of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol arrested the bank accounts of citizen S., imposed a ban on registration actions with his apartment and temporarily restricted the debtor’s right to travel outside the borders of Russia. Very soon, citizen S. decided to hide from his debts in one of the neighboring countries, but he failed to do this.

To get rid of sudden restrictions, the debtor came to the bailiff department in Yalta of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, where he was handed a demand for payment and warned of administrative liability under Art. 17.14 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. Wanting to get to the intended destination, citizen S. found the necessary amount on the same day and repaid the debt in full, taking into account the enforcement fee, transferring the funds to the deposit account of the bailiffs department.
