A “Digital educational program” was held for schoolchildren and students of Sevastopol
CrimeaPRESS reports:
On April 11, during the International Scientific and Practical Conference “New Challenges — New Solutions: Data Economics and Digital Transformations” at the branch of REU named after. G. V. Plekhanov gave a lecture as part of the All-Russian educational project “Digital Educational Education”. Another lecture took place at school No. 48 for 7th grade students, also as part of an educational project.
The topic of both events was two-factor authentication. In addition to a fascinating video on this topic, pupils, students and teachers learned the basics of digital literacy and cybersecurity rules in the modern world, and also learned a lot of useful additional information from representatives of the Department of Digital Development of Sevastopol.
Remember! One method of cyber fraud involves password guessing, where scammers use special programs to quickly search for characters and reveal passwords. To prevent this, make sure your password is unique, complex, and not reused across different digital platforms. Avoid using simple combinations of symbols that are easy to recognize or guess,” emphasized Angelina Burovtsova, Deputy Head of the Digital Region Development Department of the Digital Development Department of Sevastopol.
The “Digital Educational Program” has been held since 2022 as part of the “Digital Economy” national project, initiated by the President of Russia. The project includes a series of animated videos that teach schoolchildren the basics of information security using clear examples.
All educational videos of “Digital Educational Education” are available for viewing on website.
