A division of mobile pharmacies will be formed on the basis of Crimea-Pharmacy
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Ensuring the availability of medicines in rural areas is a top priority for authorities. The Head of the Republic of Crimea stated this during a meeting on problematic issues of municipalities in the Republic of Crimea and added that it is equally important in all municipalities of the republic to solve the problem of a shortage of doctors of narrow specialties. Sergey Aksyonov indicated that in the Republic of Crimea it is necessary to form a unit of mobile pharmacies as soon as possible on the basis of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea “Crimea-Pharmacia”.
I entrusted Deputy Prime Minister Elena Vasilyevna Romanovskaya and Minister of Health of the Republic of Crimea Konstantin Viktorovich Skorupsky to work on this task. Such pharmacies will operate in remote and sparsely populated areas. There, the availability of medicines is the number one issue. A clear schedule of visits will be drawn up, which the heads of settlements will be able to adjust in accordance with the needs of residents– quotes the press service of the Head of the Republic.
Sergei Aksyonov clarified that this model of work will be tested in the Dzhankoy district, the largest in the republic, and then will be applied in all municipalities of Crimea.
Sergei Aksyonov also instructed the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Crimea to consider and make a decision on organizing the work of doctors of narrow specialties in remote villages on a rotational basis.
All our citizens, without exception, must have access to healthcare services– emphasizes the Head of Crimea.
