A dormitory will be built in Yevpatoria for employees of the Federal Children's Rehabilitation Center

In Evpatoria, on the combined territory of the Moinaki mud baths and the Rodina sanatorium, the construction of a world-class Federal Children’s Rehabilitation Center continues. The work started on instructions from the President. Control over their implementation is carried out by the PPK “Single Customer in the Construction Industry.

The Ministry of Housing Policy and State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Crimea issued permission for the construction of a seven-story dormitory on the territory of a medical institution. Construction and installation work will begin in the second quarter of this year. Apartment-type dormitory with a total area of ​​9 thousand square meters. m. is designed for approximately 225 people. The new building will create comfortable living conditions for workers. In total, it is planned to prepare 151 apartments for one or two people with their own kitchen and bathroom. The project also provides for the improvement of the surrounding area. They will build sports and children’s playgrounds, arrange pedestrian paths, – said Marat Khusnullin.

Now, on the territory of the future rehabilitation center for children, work is underway to implement the first and second stages. As part of the first, builders carry out interior finishing and installation of engineering systems of the premises of three buildings, including a hospital for children’s departments, a consultation and diagnostic building, and an administrative building. As part of the second, a building with dining and assembly halls with a capacity of 300 seats each is being erected.

Innovative methods will be used to rehabilitate young patients. The center will be intended for children with diseases of the nervous system, musculoskeletal system, somatic and other diseases,” said Karen Oganesyan, General Director of the PPK “Single Customer in the Construction Industry”.

The ceremony of laying the first stone at the construction site of the new Federal Children’s Rehabilitation Center in Crimea took place in June 2022, it was conducted by the Chairman of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko. Completion of the first stage of construction of a modern medical facility is scheduled for 2024, and the second — for 2026.
