As a result of monitoring social networks, police officers identified a publication that on one of the road rings in the city of Simferopol, the driver of a VAZ 210740 car was making dangerous maneuvers. The offender was quickly identified and turned out to be a 31-year-old local resident.
The police took all necessary measures and drew up administrative materials in relation to the unscrupulous driver under Part 2 of Art. 12.37 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Failure to comply with the requirements for compulsory civil liability insurance of vehicle owners), Part 1, Art. 12.14 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Violation of maneuvering rules), part 1 of Art. 12.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Driving a vehicle in the presence of malfunctions or conditions under which the operation of vehicles is prohibited, or a vehicle on which the identification sign “Disabled” is illegally installed), Part 1 of Art. 12.1 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Driving a vehicle not registered in the prescribed manner)— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
A preventive conversation was held with the violator, and administrative fines totaling 2,300 rubles were imposed.
The police officers also issued a demand to the man to stop the offense under Article 12.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. In case of failure to comply with this requirement, the registration of the vehicle will be terminated within 10 days by the registration division of the State Traffic Inspectorate.
