The Simferopol District Prosecutor’s Office approved an indictment in a criminal case against a 37-year-old local resident. The Crimean citizen is accused of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 30, part 1 art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder).
According to investigators, in July of this year, while drinking alcohol, a man entered into a conflict with an acquaintance, as a result of which the victim fell and the accused began kicking him in the head. After the victim lost consciousness, the accused believed that he had completed his plan and left the scene. Due to the timely provision of proper medical care, the victim remained alive— reported the prosecutor’s office.
With the approved indictment, the criminal case was sent to the Simferopol District Court for consideration on the merits. The “nogasty” Crimean faces serious punishment – up to 12 years in prison.
