A drunk Crimean man hit a child on a moped. What punishment did the unfortunate moped driver receive?

In Krasnogvardeisky District, a verdict was passed on a moped driver who, while intoxicated, hit a teenager. It was established that in October of last year, the Crimean, not having a license to drive a vehicle, while intoxicated, drove an «Alfa» moped.
While driving along Tavricheskaya Street in the village of Klepinino, he hit a teenager who was walking along the edge of the roadway. The child received multiple injuries and was hospitalized in a healthcare facility— the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Crimea reported.
The man had previously been convicted of driving while intoxicated.
The court sentenced the man to 3 years and 6 months of forced labor with 10% of his salary withheld for the benefit of the state. He was deprived of the right to drive vehicles for a period of 4 years and 6 months. The injured teenager was awarded 700 thousand rubles in compensation for moral damages.
