A family quarrel in Sevastopol ended with a hospital on the one hand, and a criminal case on the other
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The fruits of education.
In Sevastopol, a criminal case has been opened against a local resident who intentionally harmed her son’s health.
A conflict arose between a 58-year-old local resident and her 38-year-old son due to the man’s regular alcohol abuse and antisocial lifestyle. Since the son once again did not listen to the words of the mother, she decided to use a metal mop as a more weighty argument, with which she inflicted several blows on him. After the incident, the man went to the police and a medical facility, where his injuries were qualified as minor bodily harm.— told the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol.
Arriving at the address indicated by the victim, the district police officers detained the suspect. A criminal case was initiated against the detainee under Part 2 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Intentional infliction of minor bodily harm”), she faces up to two years in prison.
PS. Of course, we are not supporters of “non-parliamentary” educational measures, but, what’s there, it’s too late to beat a 38-year-old blockhead … Previously, it was necessary … to get a belt and educate …
