A family was caught behaving inappropriately in front of a child on Novofedorovka beach

The officers of the juvenile affairs department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia «Saksky» promptly conducted an investigation into this incident. It was established that the family living in the Saksky District was raising three minor children: 4, 6 and 12 years old. The police, together with representatives of social services, checked the living conditions of the minors, interviewed neighbors and fellow villagers, school teachers and kindergarten workers. Considering the unsatisfactory conditions in which the children live, as well as the inappropriate behavior of their parents, the relevant authorities decided to temporarily remove the minors. The children are currently in a state institution, in safety— the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Crimea reported.

Administrative protocols were drawn up against the parents under Part 1 of Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Failure of parents or other legal representatives of minors to fulfill their obligations to support and raise minors). The family was placed on preventive register with the Internal Affairs Directorate.

All collected materials are sent for consideration to the commission on minors and protection of their rights in order to hold citizens accountable and make a decision on the return of children.
