The materials of the criminal case regarding the fatal accident that occurred at night on Kievskaya Street in Simferopol, Simferopol, were transferred from the police to the territorial department of the Investigative Committee. On behalf of the Main Investigation Department for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, Vladimir Terentyev, the head of the investigation department for the Kievsky district of Simferopol petitioned the supervising prosecutor to transfer the criminal case for the purpose of further investigation by the Investigative Committee of Russia, establishing all the circumstances of the incident and giving a proper assessment of the actions of the guilty person .
