Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin announced that a federal register of long-term construction projects will be created in Russia during an operational meeting with vice-premiers.
Today we will discuss the creation of a federal register of long-term construction, this will enhance coordination and speed up the work to complete the construction and commissioning of such facilities. Thanks to such a registry, it will be possible to intensify this process and resolve all formalities more quickly. After all, there are thousands of long-term construction projects for which budget funds were allocated, and each of them requires a separate solution, taking into account the specifics, in addition, among them there are many hospitals, clinics, kindergartens and other social infrastructure facilities — those that people are waiting for , — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation.
After listening to the report of Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin, Mikhail Mishustin instructed him to keep the creation of the registry under his personal control.
Because long-term construction is not only occupied land, but also funds and social problems frozen in them, which were supposed to be solved with the start of operation , says the Prime Minister.
For Sevastopol, the acute problem remains the commissioning of apartment buildings, the construction of which began in the Ukrainian period — before 18 March 2014 year.
The Government of Sevastopol revealed facts of violation by developers of the rights of citizens participating in the construction of apartment buildings. People acquired the rights to residential real estate, which began to be built before 18 March 2014 year. According to 70 objects, there were appeals from citizens that funds were raised for the construction of houses on the basis of unit (share) construction agreements , — says Illarion Gapitsonov, director of the capital construction department .
As of July 8 2022 of the year, the Government of Sevastopol put into operation 57 houses — the housing issue was resolved for 2 57 citizens. At three sites, developers are carrying out planned construction work. In order to protect the rights of citizens, including those actually living in apartment buildings, work on the remaining 10 facilities is being carried out in accordance with the approved schedule.
Recall that the Government of Sevastopol, together with the Prosecutor’s Office, approved the register of «problematic» multi-apartment residential buildings, the construction of which began before 18 March 2014 with the involvement of funds citizens’ funds. Work on putting the facilities into operation continues.
