Sevastopol hosted the IV regional festival of institutions of secondary vocational education «Raising Professionals of Russia». More than 200 students of colleges and technical schools of the Hero City took part in it.
The participants of the Festival of Professions presented their educational organizations to schoolchildren, spoke about the peculiarities of student life through creative performances — singing, dancing, dramatizations.
The key objective of the festival is to tell you about the activities of the system of institutions of secondary vocational education, about what professions, specialties you can get if you decide to come to colleges and technical schools of our city after the 9th grade , Maxim Krivonos, Acting Director of the Department of Education and Science of Sevastopol, addressed the schoolchildren.
Director of Ecotech+ School Yulia Salpuk and Head of the Sevastopol Multidisciplinary College named after Marshal of Engineering Troops A. V. Gelovani Nikolai Baranov thanked the students for participating in the festival.
I am sure that today’s event will be much more useful in this format — this is an acquaintance with the colleges of our beloved city. You are his future. The prosperity of Sevastopol depends on you. I am sure that each of you will give your piece of heart, professionalism and attention to your native city. Ninth-graders have a lot of time to understand and decide what direction of activity to choose in the future , — said Yulia Salpuk.
The performances of the teams were evaluated by the jury members. The first place was taken by students of the Sevastopol Professional Art College, the second place was taken by the team of the Sevastopol Multidisciplinary College named after Marshal of Engineering Troops A. V. Gelovani, the third place was taken by the Sevastopol College of Service and Trade.
