A foreigner was detained in Yevpatoria — he violated the mode of stay in Russia
Krympress reports:
Employees of the Road-Patrol Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Yevpatoria during the supervision of the road movement stopped the Nissan car with a license plate of a foreign state. During the verification of documents, the driver found that there was a foreign citizen who is in the territory of the Russian Federation while violating the mode of stay, as well as without documents for the right to drive a vehicle.
In relation to a 35-year-old citizen of Armenia, a number of administrative materials have been compiled:
- under Part 1 of Art. 12.7 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for driving a vehicle who does not have the right to drive;
- under Part 2 of Art. 12.37 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for driving without an insurance policy;
- under Part 1.1 of Art. 18.8 of the Administrative Code for violation by a foreign citizen or stateless person of the regime of stay (residence) in the Russian Federation, expressed in the absence of documents confirming the right to stay (accommodation) in the Russian Federation.
The vehicle was seized and placed on specialized parking.
The foreigner will have to pay the total amount of fines in the amount of 40 thousand rubles.
