A foreigner who tried to legalize himself under altered data was identified in Sevastopol
CrimeaPRESS reports:
An employee of the Department for Labor Migration Issues of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Sevastopol, during fingerprinting and checking the information bases of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of a 45-year-old citizen of Armenia, established that the foreigner had previously been subject to deportation in the form of an independent controlled exit.
He left the territory of the Russian Federation, after which a decision was made in accordance with the procedure established by law not to allow entry into the country. The foreigner, having left for his homeland, changed his last name and patronymic and re-entered our country with changed identification data, in order to legalize his status in the Russian Federation. Thanks to operational checks conducted by police officers, the offender was identified and brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1.1 of Article 18.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation «Violation by a foreign citizen or stateless person of the rules for entry into the Russian Federation or the regime of stay (residence) in the Russian Federation»— the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Sevastopol reported.
By court decision, the migrant was found guilty and subject to forcible deportation from the country and placement in a temporary detention center for foreign citizens.
In the near future, the foreigner will be sent back to his home country and will not be able to enter Russia for the next 10 years.
