In Sevastopol, the investigation of a criminal case against a 45-year-old foreign citizen has been completed. He is accused of committing a crime under Part 1 of Art. 105 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder).
The investigation established that in the evening 23 of September of this year, a verbal quarrel took place between men who were relaxing in one of the bars in the city of Sevastopol, as a result of which the accused inflicted stabbed in the neck. The victim died from the wound he received , — details were told in the Sledkom.
During the investigation of the criminal case, a complex of investigative actions was carried out, evidence was collected confirming the involvement of the accused in the commission of the crime. The man admitted guilt in the incriminated act.
At present, the investigation of the criminal case has been completed, the prosecutor has approved the indictment, and the materials will soon be sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
