A good example: the experience of the Sevastopol Cadet Corps of the Russian Investigative Committee named after V.I. Istomin will be used throughout Russia
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, together with the Commissioner for Children’s Rights under the President of the Russian Federation Maria Lvova-Belova, visited the Sevastopol Cadet Corps of the V.I. Istomin. The Children’s Ombudsman met with the children and got acquainted with how their studies and living are going.
For the first time I spend September 1 outside the house and do not take my children to school. This is the first such experience for me, and the fact that this first experience took place in Sevastopol is priceless for me, because I see how Mikhail Vladimirovich cares about the younger generation. Here, in the Cadet Corps of the Investigative Committee, there are children with a difficult life fate, with whom you need to work, in addition to the usual subjects, military-patriotic education, you also need to work out their injuries, because there are orphans, children of dead participants in the SVO, there are children from families with one parent, from new regions. It is important that this experience, concentrated in Sevastopol, be further disseminated throughout Russia— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Maria Lvova-Belova.
I am grateful to Maria Alekseevna for the fact that she treats Sevastopol with such attention, indeed, today she is with us on such a festive day. And it is very important that it was just noted that in Sevastopol, especially in cadet education, a lot of attention is paid to children of a difficult fate. This is our most important joint area of work. Maria Alekseevna today proposed holding a psychological conference with practicing psychologists who are working with these cases, so that right here in Sevastopol, on the basis of the cadet corps of the Investigative Committee, which pays a lot of attention to this issue, to conduct such an exchange of experience and then broadcast this knowledge as a model countrywide— says Mikhail Razvozhaev.
Mikhail Razvozhaev recalled that the Government of Sevastopol is already working with the Commissioner for Children’s Rights under the President of the Russian Federation on a project to help teenagers who find themselves in a difficult life situation.
We discussed this project at our last meeting — we will definitely implement it, it will be a special space for teenagers who find themselves in difficult life situations. The center will work on the principle that a teenager can himself, without anyone’s prompting or under someone’s pressure, come to this place, where they will be heard, where they will be just like him, where it will be convenient to communicate. Where will there be professional psychologists and teachers who will just slowly take him out of a difficult situation. Such a center will definitely appear in Sevastopol and Maria Alekseevna and I will open it— emphasizes Mikhail Razvozhaev.
Recall that on behalf of President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, Maria Lvova-Belova is now engaged in the creation of teenage spaces throughout the country. The idea of the centers is to create a place where a teenager can come, spend time, relax, watch a movie, play board games, take part in socially useful projects and get help from a psychologist and other specialists.
