A harvest festival will be held in the Belogorsk region of Crimea

On September 22-23, the Belogorsk region of Crimea will celebrate the national holiday Ovsen, which falls on the days of the autumn equinox. Guests of the bountiful harvest festival, which marks the beginning of the journey to winter, will be treated to many folk games, dances, round dances, and even table etiquette lessons. It won’t be complete without homemade treats.

According to Tourist portal of Crimea, the harvest festival is organized in two locations. So, on Friday, September 22, guests will gather at the Yeni-Sala mountain estate in the village of Krasnoselovka, Belogorsk district. Here, those interested will be able to take a table etiquette lesson and apply the acquired knowledge in practice. The feast in honor of the holiday will be accompanied by pleasant music and spiritual communication.

We’ll feast, eat goodies and have small talk— the organizers invite.

But on Saturday, September 23, the autumn festival Ovsen will be held at the Burulcha eco-complex in the village of Aromatnoye in the Belogorsk district.

At 11:00 a blind man’s buff quest game is organized here for adults and children over 15 years old. Cost – 500 rub. per person.

At 14:00 the holiday itself starts — the organizers will recreate for guests the ancient ritual of thanksgiving to the Family and Nature. Those gathered will be able to make the transition to a new stage and make a pledge to new goals. After which everyone will enjoy dancing, round dances and folk games.
