Police discovered a hemp plantation in the Republic of Crimea. The owners of the plantation turned out to be two local residents, and a criminal case has been initiated against them, it is reported Telegram channel Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
In Crimea, police discovered a drug plantation on which over a thousand cannabis bushes grew. The suspects in the cultivation of drug-containing plants were two local residents aged 34 and 47 years. <…> During the inspection, law enforcement officers seized over a thousand hemp bushes with a total weight of more than 230 kg from the garden equipped by the criminals, which was confirmed by an examinationthe message says.
A criminal case has been initiated against the suspects under Part 2 of Art. 231 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The defendants were given a preventive measure in the form of a recognizance not to leave the place.
